Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon captures the spirit of grandeur, drawing its name from the 14th largest tree on Earth. Hailing from California's Redwood Empire Distillery, this marks their pioneering bourbon whiskey, bottled at 90 proof for a robust 45% ABV kick in a standard 750 ml size.

From the golden yellow tones that catch the light, this American whiskey invites exploration. Breathe in the welcoming sweetness upfront, where bright citrus candy meets thick cherry sweetness, all laced with bold corn presence that feels mature and layered. A faint earthy undertone adds intrigue, building a dense, compelling invitation to taste.

Sip and feel the medium-full texture coat your palate evenly. Corn-driven sweetness anchors the experience, giving way to clingy orange preserve that lingers mid-mouth before cherry depth emerges toward the finish. Up front, subtle dark fruit shades like grape hints vanish smoothly post-swallow, leaving harmony in their wake. For a bourbon of this proof, the balance shines through effortlessly.

The close stretches out with unexpected reach, kicking off from that orange preserve glow before shifting into sharp wood tannins and warm bread dough notes. These sensations spread across the tongue and even upward, with a sticky, drawn-out quality that keeps the enjoyment alive well beyond the last drop. Crafted in the United States with a high corn mash bill foundation, Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon delivers layered complexity that rewards slow savoring.

Whether neat by the fireside or in a simple highball, this California gem stands ready for your collection. Bourbon lovers will appreciate its depth without excess intensity, making every pour a moment of elevated discovery. Secure your bottle of Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon today and taste the legacy of redwood inspiration.
