From a family devoted to single malt Scotch across four generations comes the CC Caol Ila 2007 #311966, part of a dynamic lineup offering fresh takes on distillery originals. This bottle captures rarity in every pour, drawing from Scotland's whisky heritage with its bold 59.10% ABV punch in a sleek 700 ml format.

Pour it neat and let the nose transport you: savory cured meats weave seamlessly with the tart snap of ripe green apples, dusted lightly by cocoa powder. Swirl the glass, and deeper layers emerge—fruitcake richness laced with crunchy hazelnuts and whispers of autumn spices, evoking crisp fall evenings by the fire.

On the tongue, it unfolds with generosity. Stewed fruits mingle sweetly with golden honeycomb, soon yielding to waves of warm cinnamon. Then comes the spark: cracked black pepper dances alongside malted biscuit crunch and a veil of sweet, lingering smoke, building intensity with each sip.

The close lingers long and satisfying, wrapping dark chocolate depth around hints of toasted oak and fading bonfire embers. At 59.10% ABV, this Scotch demands attention, rewarding those who savor its unfiltered power undiluted or with a touch of water to unlock further nuances.

Ideal for collectors chasing one-of-a-kind bottles or enthusiasts seeking a profound tasting journey, the CC Caol Ila 2007 #311966 stands as a testament to timeless craftsmanship. Secure this United Kingdom gem from Scotland before it vanishes into the ever-shifting world of exclusive releases.
