Discover Glendalough Rose Gin, a distinctive Irish flavored gin born from a personal family moment at Glendalough Distillery. Crafted in honor of the head distiller's mother, Rose, this spirit captures her essence during his brother's wedding celebration, shortly after her passing. It's a touching way to keep her presence alive, blending emotion with craftsmanship in every bottle.

What sets this 750 ml expression apart starts in the garden. Petals from Rose's own carefully nurtured blooms join forces with wild roses and botanicals gathered from the surrounding Irish mountains. Through a gentle vapor distillation, these elements weave together, forming the base of an intensely floral profile. To amplify that character further, additional roses infuse post-distillation, enriching the layers and imparting a soft pink tint that signals its uniqueness.

This isn't your everyday pink gin—Glendalough Rose Gin stands out with genuine depth that unfolds in the glass. The result of thoughtful trials with various plants, fruits, spices, and flowers, it emerges as one of the distillery's most compelling creations. At 41% ABV, it delivers a fragrant, flavorful experience ready for your next gathering or quiet evening unwind.

Picture serving it chilled over ice with a twist of citrus, or mixing into a cocktail where its floral notes shine. From the Wicklow Mountains' inspiration to the bottle in your hands, this gin carries a story of remembrance and innovation. Ideal for those who seek spirits with soul, Glendalough Rose Gin at $49.88 offers more than refreshment—it's a sip of heartfelt Irish heritage.
