Discover La Bota de Gin 81 "Bota NO," an extraordinary release from Spain that redefines what a dry gin can become. This single cask gem starts with a top-quality London Dry Gin distillate, alive with vibrant citrus and juniper berry scents. Transformed through time in one exceptional cask once home to Fino sherry from Jerez, it emerges as a beautifully perfumed spirit carrying a gentle sherry nuance.

Picture the moment in early 2014 when select, veteran casks—seasoned over four decades with sherry or brandy—were chosen to house this gin. From one such cask, nearly fully devoted to this edition, spring just over six hundred bottles of pure rarity. Bottled at cask strength to preserve every whisper of its character, this 42.50% ABV elixir in a 700 ml bottle offers an unmatched exclusivity for discerning collectors and explorers alike.

What sets it apart lies in its graceful complexity. Expect an elegant pour that unfolds into a cascade of aromas and tastes, landing on the tongue with a refined delicacy reminiscent of manzanilla pasada. Far from ordinary spirits, it invites slow contemplation, bridging the worlds of gin and sherry in a way that's utterly singular. No duplicate exists in the landscape of gins; this stands alone as a testament to innovative Spanish craftsmanship.

For those who savor the hunt for limited-edition spirits, La Bota de Gin 81 delivers an experience worth cherishing. Whether neat, in a subtle highball, or as the star of a crafted cocktail, its depth rewards every sip. Secure one of these fleeting bottles from our Spanish gin selection and elevate your collection with something truly one-of-a-kind. In a sea of standard options, this single cask dry gin shines as the exceptional choice for the adventurous palate.
