Discover GALLINA DE PIEL MANAR DOS SEIXAS, a white wine that captures the spirit of Galician heritage through the vision of David Seijas. Rooted in his family name, this expression honors the land and legacy that shaped him, drawing from the vibrant Ribeiro region in Spain.

Seixas traces back to Portuguese roots, translating to brave pigeon, symbolized in a striking coat of arms featuring five silver pigeons against a green field. This emblem evokes resilience and grace, mirroring the bold character infused into every bottle of this unique white wine.

In the Ribeiro area, natural hot springs known as burgas bubble up from the earth, their emergence captured by the Spanish word manar. GALLINA DE PIEL MANAR DOS SEIXAS embodies this vital force—the manar of the Seixas—springing forth with pure, unyielding energy in a 750 ml bottle at 13% ABV.

Lift a glass and inhale the inviting freshness on the nose. Citrus brightness from lemon mingles with the crisp tartness of Granny Smith apples, rounded by subtle chamomile florals. This aromatic profile sets the stage for an engaging sip.

Trexiadura brings substance to the palate, delivering a textured mouthfeel with real presence. Vibrant acidity cuts through, ensuring harmony and a finish that lingers memorably. With a touch of sweetness at level 01, it strikes a poised balance ideal for those seeking distinctive whites.

Perfect for elevating seafood dinners or chilled evenings with friends, this Spanish white from Ribeiro invites exploration of its layered story. At $36.99, GALLINA DE PIEL MANAR DOS SEIXAS offers more than wine—it's a connection to Galician pride, brave pigeons, and earth's own springs. Add it to your cart and let the manar unfold.
