Discover Ayuuk from Empirical, a Danish spirit that redefines whisky through the singular power of smoky Pasilla Mixe chili. This bold botanical drives every layer of depth, transforming a simple profile into something profoundly intricate. Hailing from Denmark, Ayuuk captures an essence that's both unexpected and captivating, ready to elevate your home bar in its sleek 500ml bottle.

From the moment distillation captures the essence, Empirical selects the finest fractions and lets them rest in a sherry Oloroso cask. Here, the chili's nuances mingle and evolve, weaving together for a finish that's remarkably smooth, uniquely distinct, and laced with savory notes. It's this careful harmony that sets Ayuuk apart, offering a whisky experience unlike any other in the spirits world.

Picture pouring Ayuuk over a handful of ice, the glass chilling as its character emerges. Add grapefruit soda and a fresh squeeze of lime to craft the ideal Paloma variation—crisp, refreshing, with that underlying smoke cutting through the citrus spark. Craving something spicier? Mix it with ginger beer for a zesty highball that dances on the palate, balancing heat and effervescence.

For those who seek spirits with a story, Ayuuk delivers. Empirical's vision brings Denmark's innovative spirit to whisky lovers everywhere, inviting you to explore flavors rooted in one extraordinary chili. At 43% ABV, it strikes a perfect balance of strength and approachability, priced at $72.99—ideal for stocking up or gifting to fellow adventurers.
