Discover Dillon's Melon Gin, a flavoured gin that transforms everyday moments into something refreshingly vibrant. Hailing from Ontario, Canada, this spirit starts with the robust foundation of Unfiltered Gin 22, infused with 22 distinct botanicals for depth and character. Local cantaloupe takes center stage—peeled and steeped to release its pure, juicy essence—then gently balanced by organic cane sugar for a subtle lift.

Each pour reveals layers that dance on the tongue: bright citrus fruit zest cuts through, followed by the clean sweetness of fresh cantaloupe, all underpinned by faint pine whispers. The result feels smooth and intricate, inviting you to linger over every sip. Whether you're crafting a lively cocktail for friends or simply chilling a glass with ice on a warm evening, this gin adapts effortlessly to your mood.

Picture serving it alongside a crisp salad bursting with greens and summer produce—the melon's natural affinity elevates the pairing, turning a casual meal into a highlight.
